Keep Your Head UP!!!!!
Often times as humans we speak to ourselves negatively. When we have lapses in judgment or make mistakes we have a tendency to define ourselves by those actions. We shift our focus from the positive to the negative and dive deep into feelings like guilt, shame, and disappointment. While these emotions are good indicators of a person's moral compass due to the lessons these emotions teaches us about ourselves, we are not meant to dwell in these emotions and define ourselves by them. We must use them to gage our behavior and evaluate our progress, if we see the lesson in each mistake we start ourselves on the path of progress and growth. In this video Joel Osteen teaches a quick lesson on why we should not get down on ourselves and the power in staying positive and confident. #GoodNRGY
